The roaring 20’s didn’t just roar, they howled. With Fred chained up, Elijah Seaweaver, the cunning madame of the house, hires Will as a busboy. But when his sax makes the dead dance, all hell breaks loose.  A new crime lord is muscling in on Elijah, the shadowy daughter of the city’s new debutante has her eyes on Will, the undead Queen of Voodoo puppeteers Frederic’s lupine dreams, the Ku Klux Klan are lighting their torches, and if things couldn’t get any worse, Cearbhallan just stepped off the boat.
